Job Description
Regent RV Pty LTD in Geelong, VIC, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Service Centre. You will oversee workshop activities, coach technicians and support staff, and drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will ensure repairs meet OEM and company standards, manage parts stock and costs, and report on KPIs such as labour and parts sales and gross profit. A hands-on leader with solid communication will thrive in this role.
