Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is recruiting a Career Coach to support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions across NSW and QLD, guiding them through job-readiness, coaching, and job applications.

You'll work with a team-oriented team, meet KPI targets, and connect participants with upskilling opportunities, employers and community services. You'll maintain accurate records and advocate for inclusive, person-centred support while upholding Breakthru values.
