Required:

AQF Certificate III OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications for position.
n
Preparation, creation, decoration and delivery of cakes, patisserie and pastry products
n
Plan, develop and estimate food costs when ordering food supplies
n
Monitor quality of dishes
n
Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods
n
Prepare and cook food demonstrating a variety of cooking techniques
n
Experience working with pastry's and other dessert cooking
n
Keep kitchen and enforce hygiene regulations
n
Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine
n
Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
n
Monitor and produce quality dishes in all stages of preparation and organisation
n

Salary Range $68,000-$78,000 + super, dependent on experience.
