JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Enrolled Nurse at Ryman your work is varied, meaningful and challenging. Based at our beautiful Charles Brownlow Retirement Village in Highton, you will use innovative technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:
n

Provide compassionate and high-quality care according to care plans under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse
n
Consult with the resident and their family
n
Assist the Registered Nurse in providing supervision and guidance to care staff
n
Support the Registered Nurse & clinical manager
n
n

About the Candidate
n
n
MUST have minimum 6 months of nursing experience in residential aged care
n
