We are looking for a passionate Personal Care Worker to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time basis.
n
About the Role
n
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, independence and choice.
n
Working alongside our experienced care team, you will:
n
n
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents
n
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
n
Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing
n
Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families
n
Observe and report changes in residents' health, behaviour or wellbeing
n
Maintain accurate care documentation
n
Follow all relevant care, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements
n
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the wider care team
n
n
About You
n

You will have:
n

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
n
Previous experience working in aged care is desirable
n
Current Police Check and relevant screening requirements
n
Australian working rights
n
