An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced P&D; Advisor to join a growing skilled services firm in Perth CBD.
This is a varied, hands‐on P&D; role offering genuine autonomy and the prospect to make a meaningful impact across people, culture and business operations.
Supporting a headcount of approximately 100 employees, you'll play an integral role in the day‐to‐day delivery of P&D; initiatives, including early careers recruitment, onboarding and inductions, performance review coordination, employee queries, engagement initiatives and learning and development support.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader business and workplace projects, including the upcoming office consolidation, making this a role where you'll have plenty of variety and the opportunity to get involved across different areas of the business.
You'll be well supported by an experienced and long‐tenured P&D; team, ensuring you're never working in isolation, while still having the autonomy to take ownership of your responsibilities and build strong relationships across the business.
This role would suit someone who is approachable, pragmatic, commercially minded and confident enough to hold their own with senior stakeholders, while understanding that effective P&D; is ultimately about partnership, influence and finding solutions.
The Role |
Provide day‐to‐day P&D; advisory support across the business
Build strong working relationships with Partners, senior leaders and employees
Provide practical, solutions‐focused advice on people matters
Identify and communicate potential HR/P&D; risks while taking a commercial approach to solutions
Support early careers recruitment, including interview coordination and candidate management
Coordinate P&D; inductions and onboarding
Assist with performance review processes, administration and reporting
Support ad‐hoc learning and development initiatives
Respond to employee queries and provide general P&D; support
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
Contribute to broader workplace and business projects
Support the upcoming office consolidation project
Assist with various P&D; projects and initiatives as required
About You |
You'll ideally have a background in P&D;, People & Culture or recruitment agency, with the confidence and capability to step into a broad advisory role.

Confident building strong relationships with Partners and senior stakeholders
Approachable and personable, with the ability to build trust across all levels
Comfortable providing advice and constructively challenging when required
Proactive and confident taking ownership of their responsibilities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working across both people‐focused and project‐based responsibilities
Someone who enjoys variety and is happy to get involved and make things happen
What's on Offer |
Flexible working hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm
Ad‐hoc WFH available as needed
