Your focus will be:

Operations: Managing the budget, rosters, and daily village life.

Compliance: Ensuring the home meets the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and keeping AN-ACC funding optimised.

Culture: Mentoring your department heads and keeping the vibe positive.

You must have significant experience in Aged Care.

You need a solid grip on AN-ACC, clinical governance, and budget management.
