The Role
n
You'll be responsible for the servicing, preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial, retail and critical environments.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preventative and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems and associated equipment
n
Working on Chillers, AHUs, CRAC Units, FCUs and air-conditioning systems
n
Maintenance of generators and switchboards
n
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faultsAssembling, installing, testing and maintaining heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment
n
Conducting regular equipment inspections in line with preventative maintenance schedules
n
Inspecting and maintaining refrigeration and chilled water systems
n




Ensuring HVAC equipment and controls operate efficiently and reliably
n
Working to scheduled maintenance programs and meeting tight deadlines
n
Participating in an after-hours/on-call roster when required
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for technicians who have:
n
n
3+ years' experience in HVAC & Refrigeration
n
Relevant Refrigeration & Air Conditioning trade qualification
n
Experience across commercial and retail facilities
n
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
n
White Card
n
First Aid Certificate
n
EWP Licence – under 11m - highly desirable
n
Ability to pass a Police Check
n
