This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ECT or Diploma-qualified Centre Manager who is looking for more than just a Centre Director position with a clear pathway to Area Manager available for the right person.
n
About the Role
n
n
Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team
n
Oversee the daily operations of the centre
n
Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with the NQF, NQS and EYLF
n
Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
n
Support staff development, performance and retention
n
Monitor occupancy, enrolments and centre performance
n
Ensure the service maintains the highest standards of education, care and safety
n
Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and strategic goals
n
Create a positive, collaborative and accountable centre culture
n
n
About You
n
n
Diploma or ECT qualification
n
Previous experience as a Centre Director / Centre Manager
n




Solid knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirements
n
Excellent leadership and people-management skills
n
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
n
A passion for developing educators and future leaders
n
Strong operational and organisational skills
n
A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families
n
