What you'll be doing
n

Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and business functions
n
Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, risk registers and dashboards
n
Track project milestones, actions, deliverables and dependencies
n
Support governance processes, steering committees and project reporting
n
Coordinate testing, change management and training activities
n
Monitor project risks, issues and change requests
n
n
About you
n
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy bringing structure to complex environments, are naturally organised, and can build strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
A diploma or higher education qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline, or at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration or business transformation environments
n
Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Experience working on ERP systems implementation or large business transformation projects
n
Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, operations or engineering environment
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Experience supporting project governance,



risk and change management
activitiesExperience
with SharePoint, JIRA or similar project management tools
