Job Description
Develop and execute category strategies, sales plans and promotional activities
n Grow category sales, profit and market share across the APAC region
n Manage product ranging, pricing, supplier relationships and home-brand growth
n Partner with sales, supply chain and marketing teams to improve inventory, sales performance and customer outcomes
n Deliver product training and technical support to internal teams and customers
n Identify new products, suppliers, customer opportunities and potential acquisition targets
n Lead and support Product Managers, Assistant Product Managers and Business Development Managers
n Report to the General Manager
n Foster and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the business and support the store network, managers and leaders
n
Requirements
n
n
Demonstrated technical expertise within Industrial Bearings
n
Ability to undertake domestic and international travel as required, typically on a monthly basis
n
Strong commercial acumen and experience developing category or strategic sales plans
n
Experience managing supplier relationships, product ranges, pricing and category performance
n
Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
n
Confidence managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
n
ERP and CRM experience is valued
n
Safety-focused, collaborative and customer-driven approach
n




Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
n

Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing category strategies and sales plans, with a solid focus on managing supplier relationships and product performance. Proficient in delivering product training and technical support while fostering collaborative relationships across teams to drive sales growth in the APAC region.
