What will your day look like?
n
n
Manage and develop customer relationships andperceptions to achieve mutual goals.
n
Product design and gap analysis to standard
productfunctionality.
n
Liaise with onshore and offshore development teams todeliver robust solutions on time.
n
Demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritize andorganize your time, project schedules and multiple project activities.
n
Serve as a bridge between stakeholders in business andtechnology. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and validate
businessrequirements
n
Communicate concepts to both technical andnon-technical stakeholders
n
Participate in user meetings to gain understanding ofcustomers' processes, requirements, and issues to offer solutions andcontinuous enhancements
n
Participate and understand all the project
phases(Planning/Designing,Development/Configuration,System
Test,Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT, Deployment, Post-go
livesupport/Hypercare)
in an agile SaaS environment
n
Drive and/or participate in the
requirementsconfirmation
discussions / requirements gathering workshops
n
Run workshops with stakeholders and leaders to analyseand design solutions for associated business processes and
applications.Handle
gaps detected during prototyping.
n
Work with the business to design or evaluate abreakdown of businesses processes to identify and link functional andnon-functional requirements.
n
Collect information, analyse requirements and solveproblems, providing technical and operational support.
n
Manage and engage stakeholders including customers andvendors. Build relationships, networks, vendor contracts, etc.
n
Perform fit-gap analysis as needed: Analyse and assess the feasibility of stakeholder requirements, impacts and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors and
extendedapplications
(including ServiceNow).
n
Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements, and participate in overall




configurationmanagement
n
Participate in the accurate updating of
ConfigurationWorkbooks
n
Perform unit testing and drive and/or participate inUser Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing as needed.Participate in defect management of issues identified
n
Conduct system walkthroughs / demos to explain thecurrent configuration functionalities of each iteration
n
Participate in the data
conversionprocess(extraction
-transformation-loading)as applicable
n
Assist with cutover planning and execution
n
Responsible for the knowledge transfer of
businessimplications
and detailed requirements to the application
developer(s),project
manager(s) including status reporting as required.
n
Provide post go-live support and
applicationmaintenance
support
n
Take active responsibility for agreeing on Resolutiondates and resolving open queries
n
Participate in identifying areas for improvement / bestpractices
n
Identify and analyse risks and issues for the programor project portfolio in conjunction with project managers.
n

ClientRelationship Development and Management
n

Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
n
Managing stakeholder relationships and communicationsat all stages of the project.
n
Continuously support the development of our serviceoffering and value proposition for the T&C; Technology team.
n
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across thebusiness to extract required knowledge
n

MustHave:
n
n
Extensive Implementation / Support experience in SAPSuccessFactors Employee Central, Talent Management and Development.
n
Extensive Data experience in SAP SF and HR IT, PeopleOperations.
n
Good working knowledge of ServiceNow HR ServiceDelivery Module and Employee Centre
n




Moderate experience as a Human Resource business user,or another HR role.
n
At least 3 implementations of SAP
SuccessFactorsworking
as a Talent Management (Performance and goals, Succession andLearning and Development) lead functional consultant.
n
Understanding of the unified SuccessFactors solutionand the touch points with other SF modules (e.g. Learning, Talent,Recruiting etc.).
n
Experience in all aspects of SuccessFactors
HCMimplementation/Continuous
Improvement including requirements gathering,fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptancetesting, training and deployment activities
n
Experience on working with stakeholders on requirementsand business process definition, Software
Development/Systems
Integrationand Application Support
n
Ability to document and present solutions using variousmethods (people facing, presentations, and demos)
n
Knowledge of HR business process design anddevelopment
n
Previous consulting experience working with globalcompanies / Exposure to Internal project work
n
Good analytical skills to help our stakeholders to findbest solutions for their business requirements
n
Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal andwritten communication
n
Able to work under pressure without any supervision,and a good team player
n
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in aproblem-solving environment.
n
