About the role

As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors with a wide range of family law matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting legal documents and correspondence
n
Preparing court bundles and affidavits
n
Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
n
Liaising with clients, courts, and other stakeholders
n
Assisting with discovery and disclosure processes
n
Providing general administrative support to the legal team
n

About you
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in family law (paralegal or legal assistant level)
n




Strong understanding of family law procedures and documentation
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Proficiency in legal practice management software(LEAP, Smokeball, FilePro)
n
