Registered Nurse | Residential Aged Care

Contract: Permanent Part Time
n Pay: $***** per hour + penalties + superannuation + NFP salary packaging
n Shifts: Mornings | Afternoons | Overnights - available 7 days a week

About the role
n
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership across the home, support care teams, and help ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with aged care legislation and quality standards.
n
Key responsibilities include
n
n
Providing clinical leadership and oversight to care teams
n
Supervising Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees
n
Supporting best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards
n
Promoting clinical excellence and contributing to continuous improvement
n
Supporting a respectful, resident-focused, and team-based care environment
n
n
About you
n
You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical judgement, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach to care.
n
To be successful, you will have
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
At least 12 months' experience in residential aged care
n
Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
n
Flexibility to work across a full rotating roster
n
Current Australian driver's licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle
n
n
Eligibility
n
n
Applicants must be currently residing in Australia with full working rights, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
n
Applicants must also be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act ****.
