About The Role

Your primary job is to ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories.
n
Your days might include:
n
n
A la carte restaurant service
n
Bar and lounge service including table service
n
Housekeeping on-train carriages
n
Luggage handling
n
Concierge services at each arriving and departing terminal; and
n
Act as a host for guests on off-train excursions
n
n
This role attracts an annual salary of $71,500.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will:
n
n
Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service;
n
Know your stuff, you've had fine dining or a la carte experience,



been recognised for your strengths in guest service - you see everything through a guest centric lens;
n
Have an energy that's dynamic and you have fun when you work - your smile will say it all;
n
Have all the safety things we need too like an RSA and a Senior first aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
