CareSuper is seeking a Journey Owner to own the end-to-end member journey across the retain and retire lifecycle, translating strategic priorities into transparent roadmaps and backlog for delivery teams. Reporting to the GM Member Experience, you will shape how we deliver meaningful value for members and the business.

You will develop journey roadmaps, define squad outcomes and OKRs, work with Experience, Digital, Product and business stakeholders, and monitor journey performance to boost engagement.

The focus is shifting from pure product management and execution to. We're looking for a senior product or category leader who enjoys. SKU intensive, national product portfolio.
