Job Description
Accor's flagship Novotel Canberra is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a full time basis. You will support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety and service.

You will own your section, mentor junior staff, and ensure smooth service with attention to presentation and waste reduction. A rotating roster, including evenings and weekends, is required.
