Job Description
BVN is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Submissions Coordinator to join our Brand & Communications team. We're an ambitious, dynamic team, and this is a chance to help tell BVN's story, shaping how our design intent, portfolio and capabilities reach current and future clients through compelling visual and written communication.

This position requires experience in submission coordination, preferably within architecture or a related industry. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be highly adaptable, a solid communicator, and someone who brings genuine care to the details. You're a team player at heart, energised by collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Role responsibilities:
n
n
Coordinate the development and production of bids, submissions and marketing material across all studios.
n
Engage with leadership, project teams and external consultants to coordinate submission collateral.
n
Assist with the ongoing development and production of submission-related marketing collateral.
n
Update and maintain a database of our opportunity pipeline, projects, people, and key contact details for our clients and collaborators.
n
Help to update and maintain a register of new project opportunities and upcoming deadlines.
n
n
Additional experience:

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient across the Adobe suite
n
Highly motivated and pro-active
n
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
n
Analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Able to work autonomously and meet multiple rolling deadlines
