An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to join AutoPlus and take a leading role in one of our modern, state-of-the-art Automotive Service Centres.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused leader who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
n
As the face of the business, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience while leading and supporting a team of enthusiastic and capable automotive technicians.
n
This could also be an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanic looking to move off the tools and take the next step into management.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
n
Discussing vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements with customers
n
Communicating effectively with technicians regarding required and additional repairs
n
Managing the day-to-day operation of the store
n
Leading, supporting and motivating the workshop team
n
Ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the repair process
n
Managing payments and completing sales transactions
n
Maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and professionalism
n
