With a healthy pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they're looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to handover.

About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for managing remedial projects from tender through to completion, taking ownership of programmes, budgets, subcontractor management and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage remedial construction projects from start to finish.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
n
Oversee project programmes, budgets and cost control.
n




Manage client communication and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery.
n
Ensure quality, safety and compliance across all stages of the project.
n
n
About You
n
n
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
n
Previous remedial construction experience is highly desirable.
n
Robust technical understanding of building and construction methodologies.
n
Confident managing project budgets, variations and reporting.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Microsoft Project.
n
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a similar discipline.
