The Good Guys Online Team are now on the lookout for Peak Season Casuals to join our Customer Service Team in a casual capacity for the busy Christmas period. Role commencing from 25th of October with shifts available until the end of January **** (subject to change).
n
As the Customer Service Coordinator - Online you will be responsible for delivering a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries and complaints.
n
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
n

Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues
n
Providing customers with timely responses to digital, social and telephone based requests and effective resolution of complaints
n
Managing third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues
n
Processing online sales and manual web order allocations to ensure the efficient delivery of products
n
Identifying and escalating any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss
n
Escalating issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations, as required
n
Working closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues, as required
n
n
Please note, the Online team operate seven (7) days a week. Therefore, successful applicants will be required to work rotating rosters to meet operational requirements and will be based in our Support Office in Southbank.

You will also ideally have:

Frontline customer service experience
n
Retail experience in instore sales or administration
n
