The Opportunity

A rare opportunity has become available for an Educational Leader to join the leadership team of this respected not-for-profit community centre. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to guide and support educators across all rooms. You'll have a strong hands-on presence, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and uplifting the professional practice of the team. Operating above ratio and supported by a values-driven committee, this organisation offers a truly rewarding chance to contribute to education and community wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate
n
n
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
A genuine passion for supporting children, families, and community
n
Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and RRHAN-EC training
n
A valid South Australian Working With Children Check
n
