Job Description

Triage complex escalations and trace system logic
n
Work with APIs and logs to identify, analyse, and resolve customer issues
n
Collaborate with developers to drive resolution
n
Log bugs, test patches, and support product improvements
n
Prioritise incidents based on impact
n
Troubleshoot software integration problems including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
n
Provide technical guidance to global helpdesk and support teams
n
Participate in testing and validation of accounting modules for each release
n
Identify recurring issues and contribute to workflow improvements
n
Bridge technology and legal accounting for CORTO's AI-powered accounting tools
n

Requirements
n
n
Robust background in software support
n
Hands-on troubleshooting experience
n
Experience with Postman and SumoLogic
n
Familiarity with session-based testing environments
n
Familiarity with debugging tools such as JIRA and Salesforce
n
Prior experience with LEAP, Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is an advantage
n
Proactive mindset with prioritisation and problem-solving skills
