We're looking for a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Melbourne team and play a key role in generating recent business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the business.

building relationships and developing a long-term career in sales and logistics.

The Opportunity

As part of the Broadway Express team, you'll work closely with our team to identify

opportunities, build pipeline activity and develop relationships with prospective
n
customers across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound
businessdevelopment
activity, networking and relationship building
n
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through self-generated leadactivity and relationship building
n
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
n
Research target industries and commercial opportunities
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
n




Collaborate with the wider team to support business development initiatives
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience in business development, sales, logistics or customer-facingcommercial roles
n
Existing industry relationships and networks within transport, freight or logisticswill be viewed favourably
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Confidence engaging with new people and developing opportunities
n
Self-motivated, organised and commercially minded
n
A proactive and resilient approach to business development
n
Comfortable using CRM systems and technology platforms
n
Current Australian driver's license
n
