Business Development Manager | Construction & Maintenance

Gold Coast & Brisbane | $100k - $120k Base + Uncapped Commission

WFH days provided following probation

A trade or property management background is highly advantageous

This isn't a "sit behind a desk" role. We're looking for a high-energy, "attitude-first" operator to secure repairs and maintenance contracts across the Residential, Commercial, Health, and Education sectors.

The Role
n
You'll be identifying and securing commercial opportunities across retail, industrial, health, and education sectors. You aren't just "finding leads"—you're owning the strategy.

Pipeline Power: Build and manage a strong project pipeline
n
High-Value Deals: Manage sales cycles from 5 days to 9 weeks for larger projects
n
The Network: Leverage your existing relationships with developers, architects, and project managers across QLD.
n
Internal Synergy: Work closely with our Ops and Project Managers to ensure what you sell is delivered to perfection.

What You Bring to the Table
n
n
The "Tradie" Edge: Ideally, you've been on-site. You understand the "how" and "why" of construction repairs.
n
Property Fluency: If you aren't a tradie, you've spent 10+ years in Property or Real Estate and know the
Kingscliff/GC/Brisbane
market inside out.
n
The Grind: You're comfortable with a high-performance workplace. You track your quotes (5 per week) and focus on a 40% conversion rate.
