Residential Site Supervisor

Toowoomba | $130K + Super + $35K Car Allowance | Residential Builder

We are currently working with an established residential builder who is looking for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join their Toowoomba team.
n
This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor who enjoys a structured, high-volume residential environment and wants to manage a consistent pipeline of quality builds.
n
The Role You will be responsible for overseeing approximately 20 low-set investment homes, managing each build from construction through to completion.
n

Manage approximately 20 active builds at any one time
n
All low-set investment homes – no owner-occupied projects
n
Coordinate trades and subcontractors across multiple sites
n
Monitor construction schedules, quality and workmanship
n
Ensure projects remain on track and within budget
n
Conduct site inspections and maintain high construction standards
n
Manage variations, defects and project documentation
n
Maintain solid relationships with trades, contractors and internal teams
n
Ensure compliance with relevant building standards,



WHS and company procedures
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone with:
n
n
Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
n
Strong experience managing multiple residential builds at once
n
Experience with volume or investment housing highly regarded
n
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
n
Excellent organisation and time management skills
n
Ability to coordinate trades and keep projects moving
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
QBCC Supervisor Licence preferred
n
