The Role

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the entire housekeeping department, ensuring flawless presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back‐of‐house spaces. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, uphold 5‐star service standards, and collaborate closely with hotel leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‐performing housekeeping team
n
Ensure consistent delivery of luxury cleaning standards
n
Manage linen, amenities, equipment, and supplier relationships
n
Conduct inspections and implement continuous improvement
n
Oversee rosters, training, onboarding, and performance management
n
Ensure every guest enjoys a flawless, luxurious stay

Maintain WHS, chemical handling, and Fair Work compliance
n

About You

You are a polished hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service and a talent for leading large teams. You bring:

Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 4–5 star hotel
n
Solid leadership, communication, and people‐management skills
n
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to presentation standardsi
n
Confidence managing budgets, suppliers, and operational KPIs
n
Ability to thrive in fast‐paced, high‐expectation environments
