Anytime Fitness Sunbury East is opening in the coming months, and we're on the hunt for a passionate, driven and people-first Club Manager to be the heartbeat of our brand-recent club.

As part of Australia's largest fitness network - 630+ clubs nationwide and 800,000+ members - you'll have the backing of a powerhouse brand, while still having the chance to create something truly special for the Kingsfield community.

Brand recent two-level premium facility
n
Sauna and recovery area
n
Top-tier Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Booty Builder and Australian Barbell equipment
n
Large Functional Training Zone
n
10 squat racks and lifting platforms

Access to 6,000+ Anytime Fitness clubs worldwide

You'll play a key role in bringing this space to life — setting the standard, building the culture, and creating a club members are proud to call home.

You'll be responsible for launching, leading and growing the club, building a high-performing team, and creating an environment where members feel supported,



motivated and excited to train.
n
Your mission will include:
n
Driving new member sign-ups and retention
n
Achieving (and exceeding) sales and performance targets
n
Leading, coaching and motivating your team
n
Executing local marketing, outreach and community partnerships
n
Running engaging challenges, events and activations
n
Ensuring the club looks immaculate and operates smoothly
n
Creating a positive, inclusive and high-energy club culture
n
We're looking for someone who brings energy, leadership and accountability.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
Strong sales experience (fitness industry experience is a bonus)
n
A proven ability to work toward targets and KPIs
n
Leadership or management experience
n
Strong organisation, initiative and follow-through
n
Passionate about health, fitness and helping others succeed
n
A natural leader who loves developing people
n
Energetic, friendly and confident building relationships
n
Calm under pressure and adaptable in a fast‐paced environment
n
Hungry to learn, grow and build a long‐term career
n
