The general medicine department is the largest clinical department in the hospital and provides high-quality medical care to a diverse patient population with acute medical needs
It comprises 4 medical wards across the hospital and trains interns, 50 basic physician trainees and approximately 10 advanced physician trainees
The general medicine department is staffed by Consultant Physicians, many of whom are specialists in infectious diseases, nephrology, geriatrics, endochronology and rheumatology
