Your Role:

Providing leadership and direction to nursing and care teams
n
Promoting a culture of excellence in resident-centred care
n
Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care
n
Ensuring care plans accurately reflect residents' needs and preferences
n
Supporting compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Monitoring AN-ACC requirements and documentation practices
n
Assisting in achieving care minute and Registered Nurse minute targets
n




Supporting accreditation and regulatory requirements
n
Leading investigations into incidents, complaints, and clinical risks
n
Implementing corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives
n
Contributing to organisational risk management and service development
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
Aged care management experience, including clinical audits, accreditation, and funding management
n
Strong leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
n
