We are a growing healthcare organisation operating multiple medical centres across Australia. Our Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring our centres run efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes for patients, practitioners and staff. We are seeking an experienced State Manager to join a quick-paced, multi-site environment.

The Opportunity
n
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations leader to drive the operational and financial performance of multiple medical centres across Victoria. Reporting to the General Manager, you will:

Translate national strategy into clear local priorities
n
Drive service delivery, business growth, and the adoption of new technology to improve patient interactions and streamline operations
n
Build a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce, creating an environment where teams feel supported, valued, and empowered to deliver excellence
n
Lead and mentor operational leaders across the state, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and engagement
n

With a strong focus on workforce retention, support a large and geographically dispersed workforce, implementing initiatives to build engagement among key personnel while overseeing recruitment, rostering, and resourcing to meet patient demand
n
About You
n
Commercially astute and data-driven, you will identify and realise opportunities for operational improvement and value creation, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.
n
You will also oversee the adoption of new technologies to streamline processes and enhance the patient journey, while ensuring governance, compliance, and best-practice operational standards are consistently met.
n
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in leading multi-site operations, ideally within healthcare, retail, or other service-focused industries. Proven expertise in people leadership, culture-building, and stakeholder engagement is essential, alongside strong commercial and financial acumen. A collaborative and inspiring leadership style, coupled with the ability to navigate change, will be key to your success in this pivotal role.
