North Realty NT is a growing, community-focused agency operating across Darwin, Palmerston, and surrounding suburbs — and we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us at an exciting stage of our growth.

Who You Are
n
n
You have a minimum of two years' experience in residential property management
n
You hold current NT Agent's Representative registration under Agents Licensing Act **** (NT) — interstate registration is not sufficient
n
You have a strong working knowledge of property management compliance on both the landlord and tenancy side, and can confidently apply the right legislative framework to any situation you encounter
n
You communicate professionally with both landlords and tenants and know how to hold the balance between both relationships
n
You have experience or confidence with business development and landlord prospecting
n




You are proficient in PropertyMe or a similar platform
n
You hold a valid, unrestricted driver's licence
n
You are organised, proactive, and solutions-focused — someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be directed
n
