****About the role**MSS Security is seeking Permanent **Part Time** Customer Experience Officers to join our team at **Brisbane Airport**.
In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport environment.
**Duties include but are not limited to:*** Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal* Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently* Maintain a high standard of customer service* Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow.
