About the role
You will join a professional IT team, working with internal stakeholders, dealerships and external IT teams to keep network services reliable and secure.
This role suits an experienced network support professional or early-career Network Engineer ready to broaden their hands-on skills in an enterprise environment.
Most of the work is day-to-day configuration, troubleshooting and incident resolution across Fortinet firewalls, IPsec VPNs, routing and switching.
You will work within established architecture and approved change processes.
Key responsibilities will be:
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network devices and connectivity.
Support Fortinet firewall configuration, approved changes and security improvements.
Configure and troubleshoot IPsec VPNs, routing and switching.
Diagnose network incidents and work with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues.




Update network documentation and implement approved changes.
Assist with scripting, automation and practical process improvements.
What you'll bring
Practical experience in network support or network engineering in a corporate environment.
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
Working knowledge of Fortinet, Juniper or Cisco technologies.
Experience supporting IPsec VPNs.
Sound routing and switching fundamentals.
Transparent communication and documentation skills.
Exposure to scripting or automation is useful, not essential.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or a Fortinet certification are advantageous, not essential.
A current driver's licence is advantageous.
