Gateways Support Services in Geelong, Victoria, has a full time, 12-month parental leave cover role as a Coordinator in our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) team, 7am-3pm.
You will keep the KIS database up to date, assist with recruitment, help finalise payroll and rosters with the KIS Administrator, supervise ISAA's, coordinate backfill for shifts, monitor the KIS mailbox, and provide cross‐team support as needed.
You'll also contribute to smooth daily operations.
