Job Description
Lead the delivery, quality and consistency of Civil Apprenticeships and Careers Ltd (CACL) field operations while managing a portfolio of apprentices and host employers. Provide operational leadership, coaching and quality oversight to Field Coordinators, supporting apprentice outcomes, compliance, workforce participation and continuous improvement across field services.

Key responsibilities
n
Own the apprentice employment lifecycle, supporting retention, progression and successful completion outcomes.
n
Ensure field operations are delivered consistently, safely and in accordance with GTO and regulatory requirements.
n
Provide leadership, mentoring and quality oversight to Field Coordinators.
n
Maintain accurate, compliant and audit-ready field records and operational practices.
n
Provide operational reporting, insights and recommendations that support organisational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Support positive apprentice, host employer and stakeholder relationships and workforce development outcomes.
n
Promote and model consistent,



high-quality field coordination practices across the organisation.

About you
n
Demonstrated experience in senior field coordination, GTO operations, apprenticeships, workforce development or a comparable environment
n
Solid practical WHS knowledge and ability to assess workplace suitability and supervision
n
Proven judgement in complex case management, conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement
n
Ability to coach others, analyse trends, write concise reports and maintain high-quality records
n
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent experience
n
Current White Card and unrestricted driver's licence
n
Current Working with Children Check and other required screening
n
Mental Health First Aid training desirable
n
Leadership and management, Business or related qualification desirable
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable but not essential
n
