Cara is seeking two Rostering Officers to join our Workforce Planning team in Adelaide.
You will coordinate and deploy staff to ensure continuity of service and act as the main contact for rostering inquiries, while monitoring roster accuracy and handling changes.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a rapid-paced environment.
This is an expression of interest for a fixed-term contract with ASAP start.
