Job Description
Vacro is seeking an experienced ReLink Program Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of ReLink across Victoria. The role focuses on person-centred practice, collaboration with corrections, community services and practitioners to support reintegration outcomes.

You will oversee staff, monitor KPIs, supervise Senior Reintegration Coordinators and develop partnerships to build pathways from prison to community life, with travel across the state and a fleet vehicle provided.
