We're a growing sports, headwear and apparel retailer bringing together some of the biggest teams, leagues and brands from around the world — and we're looking for Store Manager to lead our team at the following Lids Store located in Tea Tree Plaza, Modbury SA.

We want someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front, talking product, coaching their team and chasing a great result.

THE ROLE
n
You'll take ownership of your store and:
n
Drive sales and deliver robust commercial results
n
Lead, coach and develop a high-energy retail team
n
Create a great customer experience
n
Deliver high VM standards
n
Manage rosters, wages, stock and day-to-day operations
n
Build a team culture that is fun, competitive and accountable
n




ABOUT YOU
n
You'll ideally have Store Manager experience in fashion, sports, footwear, streetwear or another fast-paced retail environment.
n
More importantly, you're a sales-focused leader who brings energy, knows how to get the best out of people and isn't afraid to get amongst it. A genuine interest in sport, headwear, sneakers or fashion is a must.
