Grace Workplace Solutions is looking for motivated people to join our Brisbane team as Assistant Commercial Specialists.
This is not your typical removalist role.
You'll become part of a specialist team responsible for relocating and transforming commercial workplaces across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
One day you could be working in a corporate office, the next a university, hospital, laboratory, library, school, warehouse or major government facility.
No two projects are the same, and for the right person, this role can be the first step toward a long-term career with Grace.
The Role
As an Assistant Commercial Specialist, you'll work alongside experienced relocation professionals to safely and efficiently deliver commercial relocation projects for our clients.
You'll learn how professional workplace relocations are planned and delivered, while developing practical skills across commercial removals, furniture systems, logistics, workplace technology and project delivery.
Your work will include:
Moving and positioning office furniture, equipment and commercial assets
Safely loading and unloading relocation vehicles
Dismantling and reassembling desks, workstations and office furniture
Following floor plans and assisting with the setup of new workplaces
Protecting and handling computers, monitors and other workplace technology
Working directly with our clients and representing Grace professionally on site
Supporting commercial relocation projects from initial setup through to completion
Maintaining vehicles, equipment and project materials to a high standard
Following Grace safety procedures and site-specific requirements

Who We're Looking For
Experience in removals is welcome, but it isn't essential.
We're much more interested in finding people with the right attitude.
You'll ideally be:
Reliable and someone your teammates can count on
Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on work
Safety conscious and willing to learn the right way to do the job
Professional and respectful when working in our clients' workplaces
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Motivated to develop new skills and progress your career
Well presented with strong communication skills
Flexible, as commercial projects can sometimes involve early starts, evenings or weekend work
A current Australian car licence is required.
