The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front-of-House Coordinator to work in our Brisbane office within the Administration team.
You will display a willingness to learn and have experience, ideally from either a hospitality background or corporate hospitality background.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Working with Reception to manage the boardrooms and meeting rooms and ensuring the rooms are configured appropriately for meetings;
Clean and Maintain staff kitchens including Coffee Machines;




Ensuring catering and drinks supplies are stocked and stored appropriately;
Reception coverage;
Assisting the Office Manager with firm events;
General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 5.30pm
Excellent personal presentation and strong client services focus
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office, word and Outlook
Previous hospitality background advantageous
