What we're really looking for
Genuinely enjoy working with people, and build trust naturally
Stay calm and use valuable judgement when things don't go to plan
Are patient, reliable, and know how to really listen
Are comfortable using initiative and making decisions
What you'll need
Current P2 or open's driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
The right to work in Australia
