About the role & where you'll be working:
Join our strong, supportive and collegiate Pharmacy team in this 0.4 FTE role, working two days per week, based in the new JHH North Block ICU.
Working in a complex, high-acuity environment, you'll provide clinical pharmacy services, participate in MDT rounds, support Antimicrobial Stewardship and medication safety, and mentor and train others.
You'll care for complex adult and paediatric patients, working closely with the wider ICU multidisciplinary team and drawing on a wealth of clinical expertise.
With plenty of variety and clinical challenges, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new ICU and be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality patient care.
About you
You're an experienced clinical pharmacist with a strong track record working in high-acuity critical care environments.
You bring strong clinical expertise, backed by a research background, and thrive as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team.
You'll be supported by an experienced team leader and the wider JHH Pharmacy management team, with opportunities for further education, professional development and research.

Requirements
Registered as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).




Demonstrated experience and competency consistent with the Health Employees' Pharmacists (State) Award.
Able and willing to participate in on call, after hours, weekend and public holiday work as required.
