Located within the Capital Square precinct above Elizabeth Quay, our Sky Lounge offers breathtaking 360° views of Perth's city skyline and the Swan River, creating one of the city's most exciting dining destinations.
We are preparing to open and are looking for an experienced Barista / Bartender to join our founding team.
This is an opportunity to help create a polished, welcoming and memorable guest experience from day one.
About the Role
Reporting to the F&B; Supervisor and Venue Manager, you will deliver friendly, professional and efficient service across the bar, café and restaurant.
You will prepare consistently high-quality coffee and beverages, engage confidently with guests and maintain a clean, well-organised workstation.
You will also support floor service when required, working closely with the wider Restaurants & Bars team to ensure smooth service throughout the venue.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve quality coffee, cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
Deliver warm, attentive and professional guest service.
Take accurate orders and confidently recommend food and beverage offerings.
Maintain bar and café cleanliness, presentation, stock and equipment readiness.
Follow recipes, specifications, portion controls and service standards.
Support smooth service flow during busy periods and assist with restaurant floor service as required.
Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks and waste minimisation.
Follow RSA,



liquor licensing, food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.
Support pre-opening setup, training, service trials and venue activation activities.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender or in a similar food and beverage role within a restaurant and bar.
Strong barista skills and confidence producing quality coffee consistently.
Bartending experience, including beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections.
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment and as part of a team.
Current RSA and Food Handler certificates.
Experience using POS systems is preferred.
