An exciting opportunity exists to join the Assessment Division in the Student Records and Results Unit for an ongoing, full-time position.
About the Division
The Assessment Division is responsible for the development, delivery and reporting of all P-12 assessment, in particular VCE examinations and GAT, the National Assessment Program - Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) tests and the VCAA Online Assessment system, including On Demand testing.
Role Purpose
The School and Student Services Unit provides all school and student facing support functions related to senior secondary including Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS) support, VCE and VPC certification and the VCAA special provision policy and procedures.
The primary focus of this role is to support the operations of the unit.
Key responsibilities include assisting with the management and resolution of enquiries from students, schools, and other stakeholders; undertaking data entry and data quality assurance activities; and providing administrative and project support to contribute to the successful delivery of unit initiatives and priorities.

Qualifications and Experience
Desirable: Demonstrated experience in related discipline such as project and/or stakeholder management.
