Challenge Community Services is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead a centralised recruitment function across the organisation.
Based in Newcastle or Tamworth, you will report to the Executive Director, People and Culture, and drive strategy, systems, and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities include mentoring the Recruitment team, developing sourcing and advertising strategies, and building partnerships with education providers.
Prior experience in the not-for-profit sector is ideal.
