THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We're looking for an experienced and passionate
Concession Manager
to lead our Brand Collective Footwear team at
Myer Maroochydore
.
As the leader of the concession, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation while creating an exceptional customer experience and building a high-performing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire and develop your team, drive sales and KPIs, champion our footwear brands, and build strong relationships with both customers and the wider Myer team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Lead, coach and develop your concession team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Create a customer-first culture through hands-on leadership, coaching and mentoring
Deliver exceptional and personalised customer experiences
Use your product knowledge to confidently recommend footwear and accessories to suit each customer
Manage day-to-day concession operations, ensuring high standards of presentation and operational excellence
Oversee stock control, product handling, loss prevention and visual merchandising
Recruit, train and develop team members, building their confidence, product knowledge and selling capability
Work collaboratively with the Myer team to maximise sales, promotional and visual merchandising opportunities




Monitor performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and improve the customer experience
Champion the Brand Collective portfolio and bring our brands to life on the shop floor
Maintain a safe, positive and supportive workplace for your team
ABOUT YOU
You're an experienced retail leader who knows how to bring energy, accountability and great customer service to the shop floor.
You'll ideally have:
Proven experience in a
store management, concession management or retail leadership
role
A genuine passion for
footwear, fashion and customer service
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Confidence coaching, mentoring and inspiring a team
The ability to provide personalised product recommendations and build genuine customer relationships
Experience with visual merchandising, stock management and retail operations
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including store teams and Myer partners
A positive, proactive and hands-on approach to leadership
The ability to safely lift and handle stock up to 10kg unassisted
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in their store and team, and is motivated by creating great results.
