Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Diabetes Educator - Registered Nurse to join a energetic clinical service in NSW.
The role focuses on person-centred diabetes education, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and development of comprehensive diabetes care.
This permanent full-time position offers opportunities to grow clinical expertise, contribute to education delivery, and support patients and families in diabetes self-management.
38 hours per week with NSW Health benefits.
