NSW Health's Griffith Base Hospital is looking for a Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team.
The role focuses on delivering a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service, supporting medication safety, and contributing to quality improvement within the multidisciplinary health care team.
You will educate medical and nursing staff as well as patients and carers, provide discharge counselling, maintain documentation, and pursue ongoing career development to meet AHPRA requirements.
