The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) is seeking experienced Senior Officers to join the Customer Feedback and Complaints team for a short-term VPS assignment in Melbourne.
You will manage the day-to-day inbox, oversee a team of Complaints Officers and ensure timely, qualified responses to the Victorian community.
Note this role is email-only and requires five days on-site per week at 530 Collins Street, with training commencing 28 September **** and final closure in January ****.
